All of our locations are independently owned and operated as franchised locations but the Pensacola unit serves as our headquarters unit.
Most of the above units have seating capacities of 200 - 550 seats.

Most future sites will be approximately 250 - 300 seats and will require approximately 2 - 2.5 acres of land. Total investment will be approximately $1MM - $2MM depending in large part on the cost of the land.
The franchise fee for a FULL SERVICE location is $25,000
and for an EXPRESS UNIT is $6,250. The monthly royalty is 3% if the payment
is postmarked by the 20th of the following month.
Upon execution of the Franchise Agreement and payment of the franchise fee, we help you with site selection and business plans, site layout and design, building and landscaping plans, interior layout, wall decorations, furniture, fixture and equipment specs and layout, food specs and suppliers. We train you and your key personnel at our Pensacola location and then we bring key members of our staff from  Pensacola to help you get open and operating.
We offer on-going assistance in giving you the benefit of our experience in all areas of the business including but not limited to: advertising, personnel management, cash flow management, quality control, labor control, customer relations, security, and physical facility management and maintenance.
